Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Treplino (the "Service"), an AI-powered social media content creation and scheduling platform operated by Treplino ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

2. Connected social media accounts

The Service lets you connect third-party social media accounts — including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Threads — to publish content on your behalf. By connecting an account, you:

  • Authorize Treplino to publish the content you create or schedule to those platforms using the OAuth permissions you grant during the connection process.
  • Confirm that you have the right and authority to connect and publish to those accounts (including any Facebook Pages or LinkedIn Pages you manage).
  • Agree to comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of each connected platform, including Meta's Terms of Service, LinkedIn's User Agreement, and Threads' Terms of Use.
  • Acknowledge that we may suspend publishing to a platform if that platform revokes, restricts, or invalidates our API access, without liability on our part.
  • You can disconnect any connected account at any time from Treplino's Settings, or by revoking access directly within the respective platform (e.g., Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites).

3. Your content

  • You retain all ownership rights in the content you create, upload, or schedule through the Service.
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service (for example, to generate AI suggestions or publish to your connected accounts).
  • You are solely responsible for the content you publish, including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable platform policies.
  • You must not use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates the policies of the destination platform.
  • We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that content violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses third-party large language models to generate content suggestions. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or similar to output generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing it. We make no warranty as to the originality, accuracy, or performance of AI-generated content. Do not input sensitive personal information into AI prompts.

5. Subscriptions and billing

  • The Service offers free and paid plans with different usage limits (such as monthly post quotas).
  • Paid plan fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at the time of purchase or upgrade.
  • Usage limits are enforced per billing period and reset monthly. Unused quota does not roll over.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.
  • We may change plan pricing or features with at least 14 days' advance notice sent to your registered email.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Do not use automated means to abuse usage limits, scrape the Service, or resell access without our prior written permission.
  • Do not use the Service to send spam, generate misinformation, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior on social platforms.
  • Do not use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, including data protection laws.
  • Do not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and all content produced by us (excluding your content), is the property of Treplino and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or where required by law. Upon termination, your scheduled posts will no longer be published, your connected accounts will be disconnected, and your stored tokens will be deleted. Sections 3, 7, 9, 10, and 11 of these Terms survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that scheduled posts will always publish at the exact scheduled time (including due to platform API changes or outages), or any particular reach, engagement, or business outcome from content published through the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Treplino and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Treplino is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted by law, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us first at [email protected].

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
